Here at Rancho Saman your health and wellbeing is of paramount importance to us. As part of our commitment to you we ensure that all measures are taken to protect our guests. We recognise we have a responsibility to prevent the spread of the virus and we take this very seriously. In addition, all of our partners and accommodation suppliers adhere to and surpass the required standards.

In July 2020 we received our certification from the local authority to confirm our business adheres to the strict Covid-19 protocols put in place by the Colombian government. Measures include having temperature checks on arrival, disinfection stations and thorough disinfection of rooms. All guests will be provided with a complimentary care pack, including a face covering, sanitising gel and antibacterial alcohol spray. However we still maintain our friendly atmosphere, and social distancing is easily achieved on horseback!
