Booking process
Step 1 - Guest enquiry
Make your provisional booking by using our online booking form, emailing info@ranchosaman.com or calling us on (+44) 07731 555548.
Please also read our booking conditions.
Step 2 - Confirmation of dates from Rancho Saman
We will confirm your dates are available, email you everything you need to confirm and will hold your dates for 3 working days.
Step 3 - Pay deposit
You will need to fill out the form we have sent to you and pay your deposit.
Step 4 - Rancho Saman process and confirm booking
We will make all of your trail arrangements. We will forward your final balance invoice to you together with confirmation of your booking.
Step 5 - Pay balance
You will need to pay the balance of your trail cost no later than 42 days before start of your expedition.
Step 6 - Rancho Saman will send you details
We will forward to you all the final details including what to bring, pickup information and details of your upcoming trail.
